Antenatal Classes with the NCT

Get the best possible preparation for your new arrival. NCT classes are for both parents and cover labour and birth and early parenthood. Our 6 week courses run regularly for parents-to-be from across the Heathfield and Uckfield areas. Discounts of up to 90% are available for low-income families. Dance Classes
KIDS dance, Wednesdays at Punnetts Town Village Hall.  Group 1 - 3.30-4.15pm ages 4-9 £5 beginners creative dance via street dance and Group 2 - 4.15-5.15pm ages  8-14 £5 intermediate contemporary hip hop fusion.
Adult tap at Heathfield Leisure Centre, Tuesdays, 8.30-9.30pm beginners £6.50 and 8.30-10.00pm improvers £10.  I have plenty of spare shoes for try outs, just drop me a message about the size. Dementia Support East Sussex

For all people living with dementia and their carers. The sessions are led by professional tutors and thoroughly enjoyable.  Experience is not necessary - just an interest in meeting new friends and group singing.  For further information visit dementiasupport.me.uk


Empty Meadow (Meditation and Mindfulness)

English Folk Dance

Meet every Tuesday, 7.30pm - 10.00pm, St Richard's Church Hall, Upper Station Road, TN21 8DS.  The first evening is free then you pay £2 per session including tea/coffee and a cake or biscuit.  All abilities are welcome.


Extend and Flexercise

Flexercise class every Monday at State Hall, 10.00am - 11.00am.  Low impact class,  No need to book.  Costs £5 per week.

Facing Cancer Together

A support group for women in Heathfield and the surrounding area. The group is open to women of any age with a cancer diagnosis of any kind and women who are caregivers to someone with cancer. Heathfield Chroal Society

Heathfield Chroal Society is now meeting for rehearsals in a covid-friendly and socially distanced manner at Horam Village Hall on Monday evening at 7.30pm. Healthy Walks

IT for You

Basic IT sessions held at Heathfield Library, Tuesdays 2.30-4.30pm.  The aim of IT For You sessions is to give people the skills to manage their lives online.This may be very basic help for people who have never used a keyboard or mouse. It may be help with using a particular website to apply for jobs, claim benefits, pay bills, look up information etc.; setting up and using email, or social media accounts; Word and Excel, and more!  The trainers have chat with the customer first to ascertain their needs and work from there. Lindyfit Weekly Stroll Dance

Knit/Crochet and Natter Groups

Memory Moments Cafe

Mental Health Drop Ins run by Southdown Housing Association

The Hailsham Wellbeing Centre offers a range of community-based mental health and wellbeing support to enable people to get well, stay well and prevent crisis. They are part of a network of mental health recovery support, called the East Sussex Community Network and run a social group drop in session at the Heathfield Fire Station from 10.00am – 12.00pm every Tuesday where you can meet with a Recovery Worker who will work with you to develop a personalised wellbeing plan.
