The group runs 2 exercise physiotherapy sessions at Luxford Centre, Library Way, Uckfield, 4.45pm to 5.45pm and the cost is £5.00 and also at The Horder Centre, Monday, at 10.15am and the cost is £5.00.

Coffee mornings held every second Thursday, 10.00am - 12.00 noon, at The Uckfield Club, by Bus Station, Uckfield

We also hold a Christmas lunch for members.
