Friends of All Saints Church Old Heathfield (FASCOH)

Friends of All Saints Church Old Heathfield (FASCOH)
East Sussex

Have you ever wondered what membership entails?

Coming out of the generosity of many, FASCOH has been able to create ‘The Space’, an open area with comfortable flexible seating, kitchen facilities, disabled toilets, and effective heating and All Saints’ has become a popular venue for use both by parishioners and others in the Heathfield area.

Membership of FASCOH is a fulfilling way of contributing to their aims and objectives; there are no onerous rules and regulations other than simply making an annual financial contribution (the rule book says not less than £1.00 pa!) and when possible supporting the programmes and initiatives organised. Another ‘fun’ route to membership is by enrolling in the FASCOH 100 Club where cash prizes are given to three winners each month.

Each year, FASCOH as an independent charity, hold their Annual General Meeting, as legally required by the Charity Commission. Over the last two decades FASCOH members and friends have kindly supported various fund-raising projects for All Saints’ Church, Old Heathfield, and their aim is to ensure this wonderful 13th Century Grade II* listed building is preserved and maintained to serve as a centre for the local community, providing an important focal point for the main civic events for the town, as well as the worshipping community of the parish.
