Run High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions which include kettlebells, boxing training, general strength and conditioning exercises and cardio training. They are short bursts of activity with rest periods between so the heart rate stays high. Held in Waldron (playing fields) on Tuesdays at 6.15pm and in Heathfield (Tower Recreation Ground) on Mondays at 7.20pm and Wednesdays at 7.45pm. For more information phone 07944 299651.
