I am an Aromatherapist & Therapeutic Masseur based in Horam. My treatments range from relaxing aromatic massages and facials to full consultations to help with any physical condition that is causing stress, or stress that is causing a physical condition. These may range from headaches, insomnia, chronic fatigue, digestive problems, menstrual conditions, back aches, muscular pain, depression, arthritis, bronchitis, asthma and cancer. Many of the essential oils have calming and relaxing properties which when combined with massage may help reduce anxiety and stress by releasing "feel good" endorphines into the body. It's a way of balancing the mind, body and spirit which enhances well-being.

I also offer a Seated Acupressure Body Massage for clients that prefer an oil-free massage. This is ideal to take into businesses as no removal of clothing is necessary and the massage technique is designed more to relax yet energise, helping staff to re-focus in their work.

I am also developing an Aroma-Relaxation treatment, which uses the essential oils alongside relaxation and meditation guidance. A perfect way to end a stressful day and useful for clients that do not want massage.
