SHIATSU which means "finger pressure" is a Japanese body therapy closely related to Acupuncture, using hands instead of needles and treating the whole body through energy channels. Sessions take place on a futon at floor level and through clothing.

SEATED ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE is similar to Shiatsu, but takes place on a specially designed chair and works mainly on the upper body, back, shoulders, arms, neck and head. A stress buster treatment.

REFLEXOLOGY is a form of foot massage where gentle pressure is applied to the feet by thumb and index finger, stimulating the corresponding organs within the entire body.

All treatments are deeply relaxing, therefore, allowing the body to heal itself.
